I am a local REALTOR® with Keller Williams Preferred Realty and I am affiliated with a national company, Homes for Heroes. Yes, your VA Loan can be used in addition to the Homes for Heroes savings. You don't have to decide between your hard earned VA Loan benefits or the Homes for Heroes savings. You are able to utilize both programs as long as you are eligible for the VA Home Loan benefits and you work with a Homes for Heroes affiliate. Most heroes save at least $2,400 when they buy or sell a home with me. When you add up savings from real estate agents, loan officers, title companies, home inspectors and other every day deals, the savings is far beyond what you would receive from other national programs.

For example, did you know that if you are a Firefighter, Law Enforcement, Military (Active, Retired, or Reserves), Teacher, EMT or Healthcare Worker you automatically qualify for the Homes for Heroes program?
Did you know when you purchase a new home with a Homes for Heroes affiliate, 1 - 2 weeks after closing you will receive a check in the mail? These funds are a portion of the affiliate's commission. For example, if you purchase a $250,000 home, your Hero Reward check would be approximately $2,450. There is no minimum or maximum purchase price for the program.
That's not all! Did you know that when you partner with Homes for Heroes Lender, you will save even more money? Affiliate Lenders typically save you an additional $400-500. Don't worry - you don't have to find this lender on your own! I can make the introduction! There are also discounts for the home inspection and title services. I have you covered throughout the transaction.
